Moving Days in Quebec City, Canada

Imagine an entire city moving on the same day. Every July 1st, Quebec City comes alive as thousands of people pack up their apartments, load moving trucks, haul furniture up staircases, and start fresh in new homes. It’s chaotic, exhausting—and an incredible opportunity to show people the love of Jesus in a practical way. Join IMB Quebec and Church 180 for Moving Days!

You’ll spend the day getting your hands dirty and serving people right where they are. Help carry boxes, move furniture, lend a hand to people who are overwhelmed, and meet Quebec City residents who may have never had a meaningful conversation about Jesus. But this project is about more than moving stuff. It’s about moving toward people. As you serve alongside your team, you’ll build relationships, hear people’s stories, experience everyday life in Quebec City, and look for opportunities to have genuine conversations about faith. A simple act of service can open the door to a friendship—and a friendship can open the door to the Gospel.

You’ll work alongside local believers from Church 180 and the IMB Quebec team, learning what it looks like to live on mission in a culture where many people have little connection to the church or the Gospel. Come ready to sweat, laugh, carry way too many boxes, make new friends, explore a beautiful city, and serve people in Jesus’ name.
