Step into real-life ministry through the West Metro Baptist Association Internship, a hands-on opportunity designed for students exploring a call to vocational ministry. Interns will work closely with association staff and shadow pastors across multiple churches, gaining firsthand experience in diverse ministry contexts.

In addition to shadowing, each intern will lead a custom ministry project based on their personal interests and calling. These projects may include assessing church planting needs within the association, developing a long-range strategy for planting churches, or planning and promoting prayer walks for the start of the school year.

Interns will also engage with various association ministries, including a technology studio, biblical counseling, and other impactful initiatives. This internship is designed to provide real-world ministry experience, spiritual growth, and leadership development for students seeking clarity and direction in their calling.
