The team in Panama City leads short-term mission trips through an IMB initiative called Go Experience, designed to support and strengthen ongoing national ministries across Panama. As a member of our summer team, you’ll play a vital role in this mission, working alongside weekly U.S. volunteer teams and contributing to a variety of impactful ministries throughout the country.

Your involvement will help bridge the efforts of international volunteers and local partners, making your presence both strategic and deeply meaningful. Daily activities may include prayer walking, personal evangelism, university outreach, discipleship, and community engagement projects—all aimed at sharing the love of Christ and building lasting relationships.

Summer is our busiest and most fruitful season, and your participation would be a tremendous asset to the work God is doing here. We’re a dedicated, joyful team that loves serving together—and we’d be thrilled to have you join us in this exciting Kingdom work!
