Church Internship Criteria

To be included in the list of available church internships, the following criteria must be met:

Student gains hands on ministry experience
Student enters into a mentoring relationship with pastor or other staff member
Student will gain an understanding of local church administrative procedures and systems as well as staff relationships.
Student will be of practical assistance to the local church.
Student will see real growth in the development of his/her gifts & ministry skills
Student experiences clarification in his/her call to ministry
Student develops an appreciation for the local church v. just a particular area of ministry.
