Superwow Staff is a united team dedicated to serving both Impact and Superwow—our dynamic summer camps for Next Gen students. These weeks are intense, deeply rewarding, and centered around life-changing ministry.

Whether you are a hype leader, a discipleship group leader, selling merch, or assisting in various capacities as camp staff, you will help to create an environment where students encounter Christ in powerful ways, church leaders feel supported and encouraged, and everyone experiences genuine hospitality.

Our mission goes beyond logistics—we disciple students, uplift leaders, and foster unforgettable moments of spiritual growth. While camp ministry demands hard work and careful coordination, the reward is immeasurable: helping students experience a transformative, once-in-a-lifetime week that can shape their faith journey forever.

As a part of the Impact & Superwow team, you will also be representing BCM to the next generation of college students in Georgia! You will be asked to share how God has used your time in BCM to help you grow and you will be encouraging campers to seek out BCM when they get to college.
