Camp 323 – Eagles Landing First Baptist Church
Join the Team as a Squad Captain at Camp 323! Camp 323 is a high-energy, high-tech, ultra-creative 5-day camp for kids in Kindergarten through 5th Grade. Rooted in Colossians 3:23, this camp is designed to reach our community with the gospel through fun, meaningful experiences. Campers rotate through exciting activity tracks like Play It, Create It, Perform It, Learn It, and Rec It, each offering unique ways to explore, grow, and connect.
As a Squad Captain, you’ll lead a group of approximately 20 kids through their daily schedule, guiding them through classes, events, and their Discuss It Track—a time for reflection, connection, and gospel-centered conversations. Every day presents opportunities to build relationships and share the love of Jesus in fun and impactful ways.
