Camp Pinnacle Summer Missions Staff

Camp Pinnacle is a summer missions camp designed specifically for girls, and we’re seeking godly young women to join our 2026 camp staff. With six unique sessions—including Teen Week, camps for younger girls (grades 3–6), and Mom & Me weekends—Camp Pinnacle offers a powerful opportunity to invest in the next generation of Christ-followers.

As a staff member, you’ll help introduce campers to global missions by exploring different cultures, praying for missionaries and the unreached, and encouraging girls to share Jesus wherever they live and love. You’ll have the chance to disciple campers through Bible studies, devotions during activities, meaningful conversations at meals, and fun moments throughout the day.

We’re hiring for several roles, including cabin leaders, photographers, and videographers—each offering a chance to use your unique gifts and talents.

Additional opportunities include serving on the worship team, lifeguarding, leading hikes, teaching archery or kayaking, facilitating art or dance activities, and more.

Staff are paid a weekly rate, distributed monthly, and enjoy time to rest, recharge, and grow spiritually between sessions. Weekends are filled with fellowship, Bible study, and fun as we prepare for the next wave of campers. Benefits also include round trip transportation as well as all food and lodging provided at camp during your assignment.
