Camp Kaleo

Base pay for College Students is $170 per week, with $10 added for each year of college completed.

At Camp Kaleo we host our own overnight adventure camp for boys and girls, our own day camp for boys and girls, and also church retreats throughout the summer. Staffers at Kaleo work with kids from 6 years old to 14 years old. Some stay in cabins with the overnight camp and others stay in a staff house while daily working with our day camp. Staff do devotions with campers, attend worship and mission study lead by volunteer pastors and missionaries as well as lead a lot of activities including the pool, low ropes, bridge jumping, canoes, crafts, bazooka ball archery, camping out one night, games, skits, and a lot more. Our staff do a little bit of everything including helping with meals and the grounds. Staffers regularly describe the Kaleo experience as being a part of a family. The summer is a lot of work but is so rewarding and is a great place to gain experience for leadership and hands on ministry. We firmly believe Jesus changes lives at camp, both camper and staffer lives. We would love for you to think about being part of our team next summer.
