Camp Chula Intern (short-term)

First Baptist Church, Chula, GA is located in south central Georgia, very close to I-75. The city of Chula is a very small town, but this camp traditionally has over 300 children attend from preschool through preteens, one of the largest summer ministry events in our area. The Camp Chula Intern will serve 4 weeks total: 2 weeks in preparation for the Camp Chula event, one week during Camp Chula, and one week follow-up after the Camp Chula event. The Camp Chula Intern will work with the Camp Chula Director to promote the Camp Chula week, aid the volunteers & teachers in set-up for Camp Chula, and serve/minister to children and families who attend Camp Chula. This ministry is a lot of work and a lot of fun! Our Camp Chula Intern will play a vital part in the ministry of Camp Chula, and our reach is far. In 2023, children attended from surrounding counties in Georgia, North Georgia, West Georgia, Florida, Kentucky, and New York. We are looking forward to a huge kingdom impact again during Camp Chula 2024!
