Portland, OR (Portland State University with NW Collegiate Ministries)

Team of 6 and 1 Campus Minister

Engage the Portland State University campus in spiritual surveys, outreach, prayer, and weekend ministry events. Summer missionaries will serve at in the Portland State University Spring Formal one evening, and help host an international student-focused event over Memorial Day. Must be comfortable navigating public transit and experiencing urban hardships such as homelessness and addiction.  This trip will be heavily evangelism-focused and incredibly stretching for students coming from the “Bible Belt”, but it will be life changing and provide tools to equip students to be missionaries on campus back home! Ministry in Portland is difficult and slow, but greatly needed. Are you up for the challenge?
